Hausmart.ca offers consumers a competitive choice when selecting a real estate professional. Although we take care in selecting and approving real estate sales representatives who are from a wide variety of real estate brokerages, consumers are under no obligation to hire any of the agents that are suggested and should conduct their own due diligence during the agent interview. Hausmart.ca is not and cannot be responsible for any agent’s conduct but does ensure all responding agents are duly licensed and subject to their corresponding regulatory body. Hausmart.ca also ensures participating sales agents are participating in continuing education to advance their skills and increase their value to the consumer through the Thrive program.
